Rh Value Publishing

Has anyone heard of "Rh Value Publishing"? (Possibly "Random House Value Publishing"?) I was searching out ISBNs on the net and found many listings on www.paperbackswap.com that attributed the Marvel Coloring books to this publisher, along with a completely different set of ISBNs. The Rh versions are also listed as hardcovers, as opposed to the softcovers of the Marvel Books. I'm thinking these were probably some sort of book club or book fair editions, but would like any information anyone might have. --Khajidha 15:05, 16 March 2011 (EDT)
