Spinner is an Autobot Micromaster from the Return of Convoy portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Spinner (スピナー Supinā) is the Micromaster partner to the Autobot Grandus, and helps him take on the armies of Dark Nova.

Spinner transforms into a Cybertronic police car. He was only available with his larger partner Grandus, whose "base" mode has several gimmicks intended for use with Micromasters.
