Blu Mankuma is a Canadian-American actor and voice actor. Some of his on screen roles include Chairman Graves from Gundam: G-Saviour, Toto from "The Tin Man" (a reimaging of "The Wonderful Wizard of Oz"), Sgt. Parks from the short-lived "Robocop" TV series, and Capt. Joe Reese from Forever Knight. Voice acting-wise, he's often best remembered as Gigabyte on ReBoot, Heavy Duty from the CGI G.I. Joe films, Lord Mantel from War Planets and as Abobo in the poorly conceived Double Dragon animated series. He had a supporting role in 2012 as Adrian's father.
