Omniwrench is a Triple Changer Targetmaster Autobot from the Generation 1 continuity family.

Omniwrench may seem to be benign in his intentions, turning from an average sized wrench into a gun into an abnormally small Autobot, but he's not. Omniwrench has been manipulating the course of the war since it began, slipping through dimensions using an unstable element he discovered while privateering in the earliest years of Cybertronian civilization. He lives forever.

Omniwrench usually appeared as a simple human tool often used by Sparkplug Witwicky and sometimes being found by his son. His main purpose was as a convenient plot item.
