Loop or Halls of Justice

Reading the comics again, I'm starting to doubt this thing is called the Loop and not the Halls of Justice. The caption might say the Loop, but that more likely would refer to the ring around the building. TUG calls in Halls of Justice too, but TUG is... well, TUG. It sorta renames Decepticon Headquarters into Megatron's Fortress HQ as well. Would anyone oppose merging this with the Halls of Justice article and rewriting the Loop article as the road around HoJ?
