Burthov is an area on Cybertron containing docks, a launch site used fire garbage into space, and factories for producing scrap drones. It's located far from the capital city of Trypticon.

Shortly before the war broke out, Grindcore, Strongarm and Cosmos of the Science Division launched a record huge debris rocket from Burthov. It was at a nearby excavation site where the Defense Force attempted to arrest (or rather, eliminate) Optimus Prime. Defiance issue 3
