Frances McDormand

Frances Louise McDormand (born June 23, 1957) is an American actress.

Best known for her Oscar-winning role as Marge Gunderson in Fargo (alongside Peter Stormare), she has also appeared in such films as Almost Famous, North Country, and Blood Simple. Also, Darkman.
