In Arlington County, Stalker and Snake-Eyes are recruited into the government operated task force "G.I. Joe". In a briefing, Scarlett and Lady Jaye play some classified footage of the devastation Cobra has spread across Europe since awakening the Decepticons. The assembled soldiers all agree to join G.I. Joe to stop Cobra, when Snake-Eyes notices Laserbeak spying on the meeting from the rafters overhead. Duke attempts to shoot Laserbeak, but Laserbeak breaks Duke's attack with precise lasers and then retreats, leaving the G.I. Joes to question what they just encountered. The Line

Revolution Part Two Later on, Mikaela Banes was being called to an early morning meeting with Tom Banachek at a diner, Southwest of Lynchburg. Tom reveals that two weeks ago, he was covertly contacted by [[Ironhide (Movie)|Ironhide) to be part of their contigency plan for when Theodore Allen was used against them. Tom was given the means to 'see' Decepticon cerebro-strips and see who in the government was a Decepticon puppet, and has finally identified everyone from the President on down.
