- Decpeticon Base is a location from the Super-God Masterforce portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
Decepticon Base (サイバトロン基地 Destron Kichi) is a hidden Decepticon fortress located under the ocean, perhaps created by Devil Z. It is mostly rocky on the inside, mostly appearing no different from a cave.
The Base includes a viewscreen that Decepticons can monitor situations and battles outside the base. The central point is a dais where Devil Z rests.

Super-God Masterforce cartoon
Decepticon Base was built sometime before the Decepticon Pretenders proceeded in their plan to create Destroids from corpses stolen from a medical university. The Destroids were created at Decepticon Base, with Blood drawing the power of Devil Z through him. The Pretenders would then observe the Destroids rampage and their failure to keep structural integrity on the viewscreen. After mediating in front of Devil Z, they concluded that they should convert live humans into Destroids and picked the Karin Islands on the viewscreen as a collection site. Terror!
