Driver C and Driver D are humans from the Generation 1 continuity family.

Driver C (ドライバーC Doraibā C) and Driver D (ドライバーD Doraibā D) are Union Transportation truckers. They enjoy some booze once in a while.

After Hydra and Buster killed off five truckers with red semis, Driver C and Driver D gave up trucking out of fear and retreated to the Bar Neluson. Ginrai later joined the duo and waited for Billy Husky. However, the meeting was never to be as the nearby television revealed that Billy Husky had died in a wreck. Driver C and Driver D noted the recent spade of deaths and Ginrai demanded that the two tell him everything they knew. Ginrai: God On of Rage!!
