The tech specs for this guy match the 2010 Legends Sandstorm. Personally I always felt he was a Movie character, as he part of the Hunt for the Decepticons subline and his tech specs didn't match G1 Sandstorm's. Does anyone else think the tech specs matching is the final piece of evidence for the Legends guy to be a Movie guy?
