Dark of the Moon novel

Sam Witwicky had a flash of insight when he realized that the Arthur C. Clarke story The Sentinel, about an alien base on the moon with advanced technology, might have been an attempt to warn humanity about Sentinel Prime. His enthusiasm was short-lived, when he remembered that Clarke had died a few years earlier. Dark of the Moon

  • Arthur C. Clarke was a real person, considered a Grand Master of Science Fiction. He did indeed die a few years before the events of Dark of the Moon, in 2008.
