Arturo Casanova (born ??) is a Mexican actor and voice actor. he is best known for voicing Phillip Banks in the first three seasons of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. (his fellow voice actor in Dark of the Moon, Blas Garcia also voiced along him in Prince of Bel-Air.)
