Katsuhisa Hōki

Katsuhisa Hōki (宝亀 克寿 Hōki Katsuhisa) is a Japanese voice actor born October 30, 1946. He usually plays gruff older men, such as Rihaku in the Fist of the North Star: The Legends of the True Savior films or Hōjō Teppei in Higurashi - When They Cry, and is also known for the role of Gekko Moriah in One Piece. Hōki has also done plenty of work in dubbing, often dubbing over Ving Rhames in live-action movies and playing Darkseid in Superman: The Animated Series.

Coincidentally, he played a minor character in the anime Slayers named Rodimus.
