MF Ep 3 The Decepticons attacked several planes from the nation of Mont Porte in order to capture Professor Blanieux, who was on his way to a conference in Japan.

Following the earlier attacks, the professor took a chartered flight to the conference, with the Autobots Hawk and Phoenix riding along for protection. However, Blood drew the Autobots off, leaving the professor vulnerable to the real attack- the flight attendant had secretly been converted into a Destroid.

The Destroid was subdued by the Autobots allies Shuta and Cab, and Professor Blanieux was able to attend the conference without further incident.

Though the Decepticons' motivation for kidnapping Professor Blanieux is not entirely clear, it seems to have been to improve the Destroids.

It's not known what type of biology Professor Blanieux specialized in that make the Decepticons want him, presumably something zombie-related.
