Wally Wingert

Wallace E. Wingert (born May 6, 1961) is an American voice actor. Among his better-known roles are Brago on Zatch Bell!, the Almighty Tallest on Invader Zim, Hank Pym (AKA Ant Man/Giant Man) and MODOK on Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes (Later he reprised his role as MODOK for Marvel vs Capcom 3), Renji Abarai on Bleach and the Riddler in Batman: Arkham Asylum and its sequel Arkham City. He also voices a number of minor characters on Family Guy.
