After the Decepticons attacked one of Blackrock Industries's offshore oil platforms, G.B. Blackrock had defenses beefed up at Blackrock Aerospace Assembly Plant Number One, including the installation of artillery pieces. Soundwave and Laserbeak bypassed these defenses when Gabe brought a cassette deck-mode Soundwave through security. Blackrock was pissed that the Decepticons were able to take over another of his installations. Warrior School! Repeat Performance! The Wrath of Guardian! DIS-Integrated Circuits!
The plant served as Decepticon headquarters as Shockwave used it to construct the Constructicons and Jetfire with the coerced help of the employee hostages. The Next Best Thing to Being There! Brainstorm!
The employees were able to escape after a Buster-controlled Jetfire knocked Shockwave offline. The Decepticons abandoned it completely after Optimus Prime threw Shockwave into the nearby swamp. Prime Time!

- There are some jets being assembled in the plant that resemble the Earth modes for the Coneheads. Presumably, when they came to Earth and took on Earth alternate modes in "Aerialbots over America!", they used these as a template.
