Karin Islands
The Karin Islands are a group of islands in Southeast Asia and home to the Republic of Karin
They are the home of the Autobot Headmaster Junior, Cab.
Note: The Karin Islands are located in the Southern Philipines, roughly in the position of the Visayan Islands in the real world. In Masterforce the Southern Philipines was rearanged into three larger islands. instead of dozens of small ones.

Karin Island
The main island in the grouping, which gives its name to the chain. Seat of government ot the Republic of Karin.
Isle of the Gods
A small desolate rocky island, forbidden to anyone but the royal family.
The Decepticons brought captured islanders to the Isle of the Gods before attempting to turn them into Destroids, the attempt was foiled by the Autobots.
The Isle of the Gods is studded with Moai, or 'Easter Island Heads', despite Easter Island being almost half a world away from the Isle of the Gods.
Viscas Island
Because of the large bay formed by the 3 main islands, the Karin Islands were chosen to develop the world's largest tidal power plant, stretching across the bay's mouth. The generator itself was located on Vicas Islan, the southernmost, and supplied electricity to Southeast Asia.
A side effect of this project was the Karin Islands finally got electricity, yay!
Mega targeted the power plant on Viscas Island in order to disrupt power to Asia before a campaign of conquest.
The Autobot Diver managed to injure Buster, one of the previously-undefeated Decepticon Godmasters, driving them off before the power plant suffered major damage.
Though Viscas Island is one of the Karin Islands, it is not part of the Republic of Karin. Viscas Island features a large western-style city, and the workers at the power plant were (not to put too fine a point on it) white.
