Inquirata is a Quintesson character in the Generation 1 continuity.
Inquirata is a Quintesson scientist. He attempted to use a time window to alter the outcome of the slave rebellion that took place on Cybertron eleven million years ago by abducting one of its leaders, A-3.
The name Inquirata is used in the script for the episode in which he appears, Forever is a Long Time Coming, but is not mentioned during the episode itself.
