Decepticon Sixbuilder is a Decepticon Micromaster combiner from the Generation 1 continuity family.
OBJECTION!

The combined form of the Decepticon Build Team, Decepticon Sixbuilder is an evil version of Sixbuilder on a mission of destruction. He and Sixbuilder were once one and the same, but were split into separate robots in a freak accident during their evolution from Cyberdroids into Micromasters. He intends to recombine with the Autobot Sixbuilder someday, after all other Autobots have been destroyed.

Decepticon Sixbuilder's component robots are all green copies of Sixbuilder's component robots, and consist of...

Only Mixmaster was actually named in the fiction. However, since the team is clearly an homage to the Generation 1 Constructicons, it can be assumed that the other names probably match up with the Japanese Constructicons as well. It is not known whether there is any further connection between the two teams, but it seems unlikely considering the Decepticon Build Team's likely fate (see below).

Fiction

Micromaster

The Decepticon Build Team members were accidentally created during a pitched battle between the Autobot Micromasters and the Decepticon Wing Team when an energy wave from the battle shook six Cyberdroid capsules. The Autobot Build Team emerged, but in reality they were only half of each Cyberdroid; the other halves, each green-hued, escaped unnoticed in the fury of battle. Shortly after, they began tearing up human cities until they were finally confronted by the Autobot Build Team. Both teams combined into their super robot modes, and Decepticon Sixbuilder revealed the truth of his creation to a stunned Autobot Sixbuilder. The Decepticon Build Team swore to destroy all the other Autobots on Earth, claiming that only then could the Sixbuilders truly become whole again... Sixbuilder – Warrior of Misfortune!?

Later, the Decepticon Build Team assaulted the Autobots' Metrobase, only to be quickly repelled by the newly-arrived Multiforce. The Menace of Landcross's Combining Formation!

The Micromaster story was never actually concluded. However, as it has been established that its events take place as part of the normal Japanese Transformers timeline, it can be assumed that Sixbuilder and his evil half were eventually reformed into a whole being.

Toys

Micromaster

  • Crush-Bull (Micromaster, 2003)
  • Digger (Micromaster, 2003)
  • Gran Arm (Micromaster, 2003)
  • Iron Lift (Micromaster, 2003)
  • Mixing (Micromaster, 2003)
  • Treader (Micromaster, 2003)
In 2002, the entire Sixbuilder team was re-released as part of The Transformers: Micromaster, in individual boxes with a number visible to show which mold was inside each box. For this release, all of the decals from the original version were replaced with paint applications. Sixbuilder could only be assembled by buying all six components individually; he was never offered as a complete set.
In every case of twelve Build Team Micromasters, two of them were solid-green-plastic variations—the Destron Sixbuilder team. All six Micromasters were available in this manner, and could be combined into Destron Sixbuilder.
This mold-set was also used to make the Universe Micromaster Constructicon Devastator.

Note

  • Despite the heavy implication that the components share the names of the Generation 1 Constructions, the combined Decepticon Sixbuilder is only ever referred to as such (well, "Destron" Sixbuilder, but you know what we mean) rather than the original Construction combiner's name: "Devastator".
