Gabriela Ugarte Fonseca

Gabriela Ugarte Fonseca (born February 14, 1988) is a Mexican voice actress. Her many other dubbing roles include Gwen from Ben 10, Fred in Angel and Velma in the recent Scooby Doo movies. She is the sister of Víctor Ugarte and Xóchitl Ugarte.
