The arrival of Star Saber and Victory Leo in 2004 expands the scope of the war.
Synopsis
In another time, in another place, the heroic Star Saber fights for justice and peace with Victory Leo.
One day, strange events keep occurring. The plants across planets became weak, and skies became cloudy. The planets' energies are apparently being drained and if things progress, entire ecosystems will be destroyed. Star Saber discovers the apparent cause on the other side of the Blasty Zone—a vortex of negative energy centered on Earth. Star Saber and Victory Leo combine into Victory Saber Jet Mode and travel across the Blasty Zone to Earth. There, they split into two to cover more ground.
While Star Saber is exploring Earth for the cause of the negative energy, Smokesniper, who had fought Star Saber prior, uses Gigant Bomb's absorption abilities to gather the solitarium inside some ruins. Star Saber stumbles onto the pair and holds himself well against Smokesniper. However, he fails to notice Gigant Bomb behind him and the giant Decepticon turns the tide enough for the Decepticons to wail on the Autobot mercilessly. Victory Leo senses his partner in danger and rushes to save him.
