This character has no official visual representation in any Transformers product or media... yet, at least.

Notes

Internets, we had to resort to Monzo finding these images. We hope you're suitably ashamed.
  • The state of Clio's actual existence was originally rather questionable. The only pre-Almanac mention of Clio and Patra had come from Blaster's letter column in the UK comic book (which told the "true" tale of the Transformers), replying to a letter from a human comic-reader who had seen a TV commercial for the Renault Clio car that had the vehicle transform into a robot. When the reader suggested the Autobots recruit it, Blaster lamented they'd been beaten to that punch.
    • Blaster could very well have been making it all up as a joke; the Transformers who have answered human mail tend to be jokesters or flat-out insulting towards their readership. Regardless, the existence of a female Decepticon character named Clio was cemented by the Allspark Allmanac, with Occam's Razor making it a reference to this one.
  • If the original Renault commercial is taken at face value, Clio can also turn herself into a red orb and a horseshoe magnet, plus generate a giant pair of kissy lips from thin air.
  • While the blown kiss at the end of the ad suggests the Clio car is meant to be female, the robot the Clio turns into seems to be male; in fact, it appears to be modeled more-or-less directly on Gort from the The Day the Earth Stood Still.
