A surprising(?) betrayal occurs as Alpha Trion and his followers begin their travels to another dimension.
Synopsis
Shockwave calls to Megatron for help as he is attacked by Immorticon. Megatron, for his part, is about to be stabbed by a gloating Alpha Trion, until he sends a blast of weapons fire into Trion's face, damaging half of it. Megatron then engages in his own battle boasting as he turns and blasts Immorticon into oblivion, but Trion and the rest flee, much to Megatron's disappointment.
As Landquake carries the weakened Breakaway along, Alpha Trion holds back himself and Skyfall, who is protecting their retreat with his force field. Trion tries to explain that he knows who Skyfall really is, but Skyfall protests that he'd rather hear about it when they're not busy being shot at. Trion persists anyway, leading Skyfall along slowly and telling how he heard from Vector Sigma that Primus is "calling his first sons home".
Skyfall asks what Trion means, but further explanation is held up by Optimus Prime, Cheetor, Starscream, and Silverbolt attacking them from a hole in the side of the corridor as they pass by. Skyfall and Trion make a run for it as Skyfall holds off the weapons fire with his force field.
As they reach the transit room, Trion tells Nightscream to usher everyone through the dimensional gate ahead of himself and Skyfall. He then explains to Skyfall how he, Landquake, Topspin, and Breakaway are part of something bigger than themselves, and that Skyfall's conscience would no doubt guide the four's actions once "reunification" occurs. Skyfall asks what that means, and Trion responds it won't matter to him... as he runs Skyfall's spark through with his sword, since Skyfall's conscience would just get in Trion's way. He then has Nightscream carry Skyfall's lifeless body as they step through the gate...

Notes
- It's pretty much obvious at this point that Alpha Trion is really from the Shattered Glass universe.
- As he exposes his true identity, Alpha Trion's optics turn from blue to red.
