While out walking one day, this hapless soul was seized by Megatron's Robo-Smasher. Though he struggled, in mere moments it had altered his programming to serve the Decepticon cause. The machine released its victim, work complete, and the newly-programmed Decepticon affirmed his allegiance to Megatron. Megatron was pleased, and went on to use the device on the Constructicons.
