Gina Torres
Gina Torres (born April 25, 1969) is an American actress. She is best known among dorks as Zoe Washburne from Firefly (also starring Adam Baldwin and Alan Tudyk), and has appeared in many other television series, including Hercules: The Legendary Journeys; its spin-off, Xena: Warrior Princess, Alias, Angel, and The Shield.
Her voice acting credits include Vixen from Justice League Unlimited (as well as Wonder Woman and Superwoman in various other DC projects), and Ebony Brown on The Boondocks.
She met Laurence Fishburne while filming The Matrix Reloaded. Torres and Fishburne were engaged in February 2001 and married on September 22, 2002, at The Cloisters museum in New York City.
On January 8, 2007, Fishburne's spokesman Alan Nierob announced the couple were expecting their first child together. They welcomed daughter Delilah in June 2007.
