Jōhei Matsūra

Jōhei Matsūra (松浦錠平 Matsūra Jōhei) is a Japanese director and storyboard artist. He has worked on a great many series, including Baccano!, Slayers, Tokyo Mew Mew, Hamtaro, Fullmetal Alchemist, Dragonball Z and Yu-Gi-O.
