The police car Decepticon was hidden on the Moon and came to Earth via the space bridge activated by Sentinel Prime. Soon after he arrived on Earth, he scanned one of the police cars that were in place. Obviously. Dark of the Moon

Notes

• The police car Decepticon is never seen again after he scan the car and transform. Of course, he's just a generic robot.
• You can relate it to Cyberverse Barricade, because he is white. Not that this is intentional on the part of Hasbro. She certainly didn't know this robot.
