Hydraulic

As the leader of the Monster Truck Patrol, Hydraulic subscribes to the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" philosophy. His team has done quite well with the simple battle plan of smashing headfirst into the Decepticons, preferably into a painful area, so he sees no reason to change tactics. He's as subtle as a brick to the face in all of his dealings, be it simple conversation or in battle. He says what he thinks, even if it leads to hurt feelings. He figures better to tackle a problem head-on before it gets worse, be it personal conflicts between his allies or a rampaging Decepticon warrior coming over the ridge. What you see is what you get with Hydraulic, for good or bad.[1]

In Japan, Big Hauler leads the "Big Truck Team" rather than Hydraulic.
