Seek and Terminate Optimus Prime is a team of Autobots from the Generation 1 continuity family.

The Decepticon team Seek and Terminate Optimus Prime's mission is to seek and terminate Optimus Prime. Alternately they may merely be intending to reprogram Optimus into a Decepticon, as that appears to be the reason Mindwipe is coming along. Can the Autobot team, H.O.P.E. stop them before they have the chance?

When the Decepticons got wind of the fact that Optimus had become amnesiac and was wandering lost around Cybertron's Hemisphere of Darkness, Triggerhappy and Mindwipe set out to find him before the Autobots could. As Optimus's memory was completely shot, there was the risk that he would accept the Decepticons as friends if they found him first. Optimus Prime Is Back
