SM-40

The SM-40 is an expensive handheld computer with a built-in cellular modem and extended-life powerpack.

Stoker used an SM-40 to record information on Decepticon activity in Nebraska, including photographs of the Decepticon command bunker and its interior. His SM-40 was subsequently stolen by Verity Carlo, whereupon it fell into the hands of Ratchet.
