Jetstream is an instructor at the Iaconian Aerial Academy. He's a bit of a dick.

One of Jetstream's most promising cadets was Rotorstorm, however the instructor would run Rotorstorm down in private. Verbal abuse evolved into physical abuse and Jetstream began to give his pupil regular unprovoked beatings. When the Aerial Academy installed a CR chamber, Jetstream administered a savage beating to Rotorstorm and shoved the battered cadet into the CR chamber. When Rotorstorm recovered, he found Jetstream had moved to a training facility in another province. Jetstream later changed his name, but when Rotorstorm received the Novic Medal for Outstanding Valor, Jetstream was there in the front row, applauding and cheering. Bullets
