When Forrest Forsythe threatened to kill the Throttlebots in the Intelligence and Information Institute's captivity if Transformers continued to attack human installations, Walter Barnett stormed into Forsythe's office to convince him to rescind his threat. Forsythe refused, showing him the latest issue of The Record reporting on a recent robot attack from the Decepticons. Toy Soldiers!
