Brian Cummings (born March 4, 1948) is a American voice actor and commercial announcer for the Revenge of the Fallen, R.P.M.s Offer with Devastator Showdown playset, and some Beast Wars promos. Among his most famous roles are Mr. Hollywood on 2 Stupid Dogs, Doctor Mindbender on G.I. Joe, Clyde Cat on Tom and Jerry Kids, Doofus Drake on Duck Tales and he can also be heard as the voice of Sokolov in the Metal Gear Solid videogames. He is the current announcer of Walt Disney Home Video, Dreamworks Animation Home Entertainment, and the Scooby-Doo animated direct to video films.
