Baby Face is a human from the live-action film continuity family.

"Baby Face" is a young, inexperienced member of NEST. Unlike the other soldiers, he hasn't learned to exude an air of calm stoicism in the face of mortal danger from giant robots, but before the day is out he'll display enough bravery for ten men.

Baby Face was at Grissom Air Force Base when Colonel Lennox asked for volunteers to fly into Decepticon-occupied Chicago. He was the first to volunteer. The team headed toward the city in Ospreys, which came under attack from Starscream Baby Face became very nervous when two of them were blasted out of the sky, but the helicopter he and Lennox was on made it into the city. They bailed out and used first wingsuits and then parachutes to safely reach the ground, where they regrouped and checked their ammo. After rendezvousing with Epps and his men, the team went to the other side of the river where they set up an ambush for Shockwave and a group of Decepticons. As they parachuted down on the Decepticons from above, Baby Face managed to make a successful landing on Shockwave's back and fired something explosive into the Decepticon's neck before falling off onto a nearby wrecked taxi. Lennox congratulated him on a good job as everyone opened fire on Shockwave. Baby Face and the rest of the team later helped Optimus Prime defeat Sentinel Prime by shooting at the rogue Autobot.
