Notes
- This issue has a few pages dedicated to certain events from previous IDW stories. These contain:
- Megatron defeating Sentinel Prime, thus starting "The Great War" (The Transformers: Megatron Origin)
- Megatron soundly trouncing Optimus Prime in Brasnya (The Transformers: Escalation)
- Shockwave fending off the Dynobots on prehistoric Earth (Spotlight: Shockwave)
- Optimus Prime and Megatron giving their all on Thunderwing (The Transformers: Stormbringer)
- The Decepticons' take-over of Earth (The Transformers: All Hail Megatron)
- Ironhide fending off the Swarm (The Transformers: Ironhide)
- Megatron preparing to fight the Deceptigod (Chaos Part Three: Kings)
- This issue was released as part of IDW's Photo Cover Month, which also includes the upcoming Death of Optimus Prime issue.
Errors
- On page 4, Megatron is seen with his Decepticon symbol neckchain. However, in Megatron Origin, when he was about to give his deathblow to Sentinel Prime, he never wears this chain. Casey Coller admitted on his deviantArt page that he added it in to make the scene look cool.
