Russia is a nation-state. It is the largest nation-state on Earth, stretching from Europe across Asia.

It used to be part of the Soviet Union, and the most dominant of its fifteen republics, but the band broke up in the early 1990s...we think.

Notes

  • Originally in Escalation, the series identified the Soviet Union as the state that Brasnya was attempting to break away from. This was changed in #5 from the Soviet Union to Russia.
  • In the Cybertron episode, "Hidden", two Air Force jets are very similar in model to Thundercracker, but in a basic gray color scheme. However, the model of fighter jet is of Russian make, while the pilots are American.
