Crankshaft has clearly had a body upgrade in Spotlight: Doubledealer. He's got an Earth-based altmode, his back is different and he's got a gun-hand.

My question is... am I the only one who sees this "Earth-based" Altmode as being a Prowl remold? It's the grille from Classics Prowl, and the torso from the original toy, complete with hip-packs and abs, and that's pretty much how his arms go... blue the shoulder rockerts, obviously. -71.220.31.140 01:48, 15 December 2011 (EST)

I'm pretty sure you've overthinking this. Crankshot's appearances have different bodies because they weren't drawn to be the same guy. The colorist just made them so. —Interrobang 01:50, 15 December 2011 (EST)
