Mysteriously, the stone set within the necklace appears to be tied to Starscream's spark in some way, as it cracked when he was destroyed by Unicron. - Yeah, that sounds like fanon to me. The fact that it cracked after Starscream's death is a reference to the common anime trait of objects breaking or cracking when something bad happens to someone close to another person. For example, a family portrait belonging to the hero's family falling/cracking in their presence when said hero is killed. Unless the whole "stone connected with Starscream's spark" was stated in the show, I'm calling "fanon" on that one. --Sabrblade 22:33, 16 December 2011 (EST)
