Seven
A subsidiary of Takara, Seven released several lines of Transformer artifacts in Japan. These included Transform Jr, Model Kits, Decoy Giftsets, Vinyl figures and the Sunstreaker/Countach Super Tuning and Honda City Turbo Transforming Toys. Because of the TF packaging Seven's lesser known items are often referred to as "Jr" items, though they're technically not. Seven toys are known as hook toys, as they were cheaper toys that don't command their own shelf spot in a toyshop, and could hang on hooks on the wall.
The Seven logo セブン can be seen on the front of the boxes and Takara is denoted by a small diamond or square sticker of varying colors.
Toys
Transform TF Block
- Sunstreaker (1985)
Transform Jr
The most well known of the products released by Seven. Transform Jr are commonly known as Transformer Juniors.
Model Kits
There are two series' of kits, the first comprises 5 series 3 Kabaya kits (Magnus, Blitzwing, Rumble/Ravage, Blaster and which were released in 1986). The kits are identicle to the Kabaya releases, but they have different boxes.
The other series consist of 3 sets.
Set A. Soundwave VS Gears
Set B. Brawn (Gong) VS Windcharger (charger)
Sec C. Reflector
The moulds originate from 3 seperate Microchange candy model kit lines. In the microman line they were offered as single kits, and in the Takara/Seven they are paired as giftsets.
Where does leave Reflector you ask? Well this is probably the most interesting of the kits. In the Microchange packaging, 2 kits made 3 toys. One kit for one, and another kit for two. However a camera could be made from each set. They could also combine to form a larger camera with a flash. This is how Reflector is offered in the Takara/Seven set. So basically you can make reflector, three robots, or two seperate cameras.
Decoys

All 53 peach decoys released were from Seven. They were randomly packaged in various boxed and carded sets.
