Outgoing link in a caption?

On Silas' picture, it has the caption "I want this mission high and tight. I wanna be home for dinner." Since that's a quote from Avatar, obviously a reference to Colonel Quaritch (whom Silas is remarkably similar to), shouldn't someone put a link to Quaritch's Avatar wiki page in the caption? In most circumstances, we don't link our joke caption references. Sometimes linking feels like explaining a joke. If you get it, fine, if you don't get it, also fine. Also, linking to anything anywhere on Wikia in most circumstances is not something we like. We have the opposite of a fun history with them. --ItsWalky 14:20, 4 January 2012 (EST)
