Ultra Magnus is an evil Autobot from the Shattered Glass continuity family.

Ultra Magnus is an evil and treacherous Autobot. He is Optimus Prime's kid brother. Like many other Autobots, he has plans to take over the faction, though his current forced exile on Paradron might make further attempts difficult. Outside his brother, Magnus devotes most of his hatred towards Treadshot, a former friend who ended up on the opposite side of the war. Cyclonus hates Magnus with a passion, for reasons unknown, even joining the Decepticons just to oppose him. Magnus longs to take over as Prime, resenting his big brother with a passion.

At one point, Ultra Magnus led an attempted coup against Optimus Prime, with Hound and Blurr as his only known supporters, though Hound was reportedly a link between Magnus and Alpha Trion. While trapped with Sideswipe in the maze leading to the Omega Terminus chamber, Blurr referred to Cliffjumper as a "traitorous lunatic". • Invasion (BotCon 2012 box set)

Ultra Magnus is a redeco of Transformers Optimus Prime, featuring what appears to be the mold's second head, seen previously only in the instructions. Ultra Magnus is in the colors of Diaclone Powered Convoy (who was later redecoed into Generation 1 Ultra Magnus), and his face is decoed like a skull.

Ultra Magnus was released in a box set with Soundwave, Tracks, Treadshot, Gigatron, and Metalhawk.
