Alerted to strange activities by the destruction of several schools, Jack Darby and Arcee camped outside Franklin High School. They were rewarded when the school was abruptly evacuated and then several MECH cars rolled up. Jack followed Silas inside, but the MECH leader detonated bombs in the front of the school tapping the boy inside. As Silas prepared to evacuate via the roof, Jack used the fire escape to reach him, but was unable to stop him from escaping. Arcee carried Jack off the burning building. School is... Out!
