Elán Garfias

Elán Garfias (born April 20, 1999) is an American child actor, who is known for his voice acting roles as Ceviche from Chowder, Pepe in Handy Manny, Mr. Fluffy in Ni Hao Kai-lan, Jake Steak in Thrillville: Off the Rails, and a young Kyle Broflovski in South Park.
