Some eight hundred stellar cycles ago, Blaster put himself through Autobot boot camp. He ended up in the same class as Hot Rod, Skram and Quickslinger. Impressed with the volume of his music, drill sergeant Kup assigned him the name Blaster. He ended up in a high position in the Autobot ranks, and presumably gained some measure of fame, as he was well known enough to have his face on the menu at Maccadam's Old Oil House. • Twincast Productions Ltd, the recording label that Rosanna is signed with, might possibly have something to do with Blaster, but we're not quite sure what.
• His fondness for Quarian thrash is a reference to his Generation 1 counterpart's taste in music according to the unofficial "Alignment" story.
