Making an article featured only requires banner to be placed on top, BUT that banner has to be earned. TFA Bumblebee's page is incomplete. See that stub template down at the cartoon continuity section? There's no information whatsoever on Bumblebee's appearances in The Arrival, and te page could do with more images.
