Leonardo García (born August 28, 1974), also known as Leonardo Agustin, is a Mexican actor and voice actor. He is the nephew of fellow voice actor Blas Garcia and the brother of Andrés García.

Which character he voiced is not listed, but it was most likely Soundwave, but Doblaje Wiki, on the other hand, claims he was voiced by Leonardo García; it is unknown if Welker or Garcia voiced Soundwave.
