Aya Hisakawa (久川 綾 Hisakawa Aya) is a Japanese voice actress and singer born November 12, 1968 in Osaka, Japan. She is currently affiliated with the talent agency Aoni Production and has played a massive amount of roles, the most famous of which are Ami Mizuno/Sailor Mercury in Sailor Moon, Cerberus in Cardcaptor Sakura, Yuki Sohma in Fruits Basket, Skuld in Ah! My Goddess, and the Japanese voice for Marvel's Storm in Marvel Anime: X-men, and Marvel: Ultimate Alliance.

Transformers Victory's Boater was one of her earliest roles.
