Tow-Line Goes Haywire

Moe is a mailman serving Metro City. The recently arrived Autobot Tow-Line attempted to tow Moe's mail truck. Prowl intervened, explaining that Moe is allowed to stop his car there when delivering mail, and that this applies to all mailmen, not just Moe.

(Note: Moe is just mentioned, never seen.)
