During the Lobster and Technology Festival, Mayor Luskey took part in the technology parade. Afterwards he was interviewed by reporter Huxley Prescott and invited everyone to come to the town square to take part in the festival, only to be attacked on-camera by flobsters, who relieved him of his toupee. He attempted to flee in his car, only to be attacked by more flobsters which severed a nearby power line. Graham Burns and Boulder came to his rescue, and Graham returned his toupee. The Mayor and his wife had a weekly picnic, during which they had a path cut through grass for them. When the power went out during what everyone thought was an alien invasion, the Mayor panicked and triggered the air raid siren, before running through the streets telling everyone that "they" were coming.
